REFUND POLICY
All of our products undergo a stringent quality control check prior to leaving our care. In case of any issues, you have 30 days from the date of shipping to make sure what you ordered from Tiny Joy is in correct condition. If you can provide us with photographic evidence of your product displaying a fault, then you can return your order to us and if successful, you shall be initialed to receive the equivalent amount refunded. Please note that any product you return needs to be in the same condition it was delivered, this includes; with the original tags or packaging, to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Tiny Joy reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether a returned product is in new condition. Once we have agreed to refunding costs we shall cover the cost for the further return shipping charges. You, as the customer, will take responsibility for loss or any damage that may occur in transit.
Any items that are not returned as new as per the above guidelines we will not accept your refund. If you have requested a refund on an order which includes a promotional discount, you will be refunded the amount that has been paid. Refunds will be paid into the account that was used on the original order. Card refunds can take up to 30 days to show into your account. CHANGE OF MIND REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
All sales are final and unfortunately due to health and hygiene we are unable to accept ‘change of mind’ refunds, returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully before checkout is complete. Returns are not eligible for normal wear & tear, or rough handling and/or incorrect use of our products. Unfortunately we can not guarantee our products will be stain-proof for all food any of our silicone products come into contact with and will not be able to provide refund or exchange on any stained products. With Silicone colouring there may be some slight cosmetic colour discrepancies, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to slight colour differences. Please note that silicone suction does not work on most wooden or textured surfaces and we will not approve requests for refunds or returns due to this reason.
